T7494 English Silver Tea Pot and Stand c1827 A large English antique silver teapot and stand with beaded edge on the hinged lid, foot and stand. The body is hand raised in a faceted Regency style with a short spout and a cast feathered finial. Maker Charles Hollinshed London 1827. The trivet has a wood base. Weight of pot only 25.15 troy oz. Height 8 1/2" to the finial; 9 3/4" from handle to spout. Presentation inscription under the base. SOLD |
